About Lay

Born in Québec, specifically St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, I was a full-time translator until moving to Ontario almost 6 years ago and getting into French tutoring as well as French academic transcription. I absolutely adore both French and English and I aim to share the joy of learning to all new learners.

About the lesson

Bon matin mes amis, I am your French tutor Lay!

As a French Canadian translator and transcriptionist as well as a bilingual writer, I want to help you reach your dreams and open new doors for your future life as a fluent French speaker. Want to get bilingual jobs? Flirt with French people? Visit France? On y va mon (ou ma) chéri, pas de problème. Most of all I want our lessons to be full of joy, or rather joie de vivre! Playing and having fun is the best way for new knowledge to really stay in your brain.

I primarily help beginners to intermediate students who are slowly falling in love with the French language. Reach out and we can discuss what suits you best. J'ai hâte de vous rencontrer :)
