About Anastasia
My name is Anastasia, I am 22 years old, I have a dual nationality (French and English) and live between Belgium and Portugal. I have been giving lessons through 'Superprof' for the past 4 years teaching French at various levels. I am the oldest sibling to my 3 younger brothers and have helped them with their homework for many years. I am fluent in French as it is my first language and would love to help if possible.

My teaching method is adjusted to each student's needs. I have helped students prepare for their language exams and also helped those who just wanted to focus on conversation by discussing various topics. I would be delighted to assist you in your learning. I believe that learning a new language simply starts by being immersed into it. This is why my lessons are 90% in French and if something in French is confusing for the student, I will 'act it out', use synonyms, put the word in a sentence, give its definition, etc. I enjoy using visual ressources such as pictures and texts as well as the use of interactive tools such as 'playing games' and reading/creating dialogues. It is also very important to understand the 'boring basics' such as conjugaison, grammar, sentence structures, etc for which I use short exercices and explain the rules.
