About Iris
I am a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker from São Paulo, with a degree in Law and an international background. I lived in England for a year and a half and currently live in Europe, so I understand both the challenges and the rewards of communicating in another language.
I speak Portuguese, English and Italian, and I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and having meaningful conversations. I want to help students feel comfortable speaking Portuguese as it is genuinely used in Brazil, while sharing our culture, expressions and way of life in a friendly and professional environment.

My sessions focus on real, natural Brazilian Portuguese conversation in a relaxed and encouraging environment. We can discuss everyday life, travel, Brazilian culture, current events or subjects connected to your own interests and goals.
I will help you expand your vocabulary, improve your pronunciation and sound more natural, correcting you without constantly interrupting the flow of the conversation. Each online session lasts one hour and is adapted to your level.
The sessions are designed mainly for adults, from beginners who need support in English to intermediate and advanced learners who want to gain confidence and speak more fluently. They are also ideal for anyone planning to travel to Brazil or communicate more naturally with Brazilian friends, relatives or colleagues.
