About Giulia
I am a bilingual Brazilian Portuguese speaker based in Florida and a motivated high school student who understands how challenging, and exciting it can be to learn a new language. Portuguese is my native language, and I am passionate about helping others build confidence through practical, supportive, and engaging lessons. Because I use both Portuguese and English every day, I can clearly explain vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, writing, and cultural expressions in a way that feels simple and natural for English-speaking learners.
I am responsible, patient, organized, and focused on helping each student reach their personal goals. Whether you want to learn Portuguese for travel, school, family, conversation, Brazilian culture, or personal growth, I will create lessons that match your level and interests. I believe language learning should not feel stressful or repetitive—it should be interactive, useful, and enjoyable. My goal is to help students feel comfortable making mistakes, practicing consistently, and becoming confident Portuguese speakers step by step.

I offer personalized Brazilian Portuguese lessons for beginner and intermediate learners who want to improve their speaking, reading, writing, pronunciation, and confidence. My lessons are adapted to each student’s goals, interests, and learning style, whether they are learning Portuguese for travel, school, family, conversation, or Brazilian culture. We can practice useful everyday conversations such as introducing yourself, ordering food, shopping, traveling, and speaking with friends or family. I teach vocabulary through visuals, flashcards, short games, a personalized word of the day, and real-life examples so students can remember and use new words naturally. Lessons can also include Brazilian music, lyrics, short movie, TV, YouTube, or social media clips with subtitles, followed by comprehension questions and speaking practice. For reading and writing, I can help students understand short stories, dialogues, articles, and books at their level, as well as practice messages, paragraphs, essays, grammar, and sentence structure. My goal is to make learning Portuguese practical, fun, and encouraging while helping students feel comfortable using the language in real life.
