About Kira

I am 24 years old and originally from Austria (with an Italian mum). I've been living in the UK for the last 4 years and am currently studying actor musicianship in Leeds. After I finished school at a music secondary school in Vienna I spent half a year in South America volunteering at a local school. My first diploma I got in songwriting at the Vienna Music Institute. I've been playing musical instruments since I was seven and am proud to say that I have a lot of experience as a musician. Whether it's playing lead alto saxophone in a big band or singing in a cathedral with a choir. I can play the saxophone, bass guitar, piano, trumpet, guitar and banjo. Right now I am excited to be starting my career as an entertainer and can hopefully share some of my skills with you.:)

About the lesson

I have been tutoring chemistry, music theory, English, German and Italian since I was 14 and when I was 18 I spent half a year in an actual school in Peru, teaching English and history. In all that time I learnt that properly understanding what my student needed and finding a fun and actually helpful way to teach brought me a lot of joy! And I am proud to say that my students learnt a lot and got better grades! So if you are a student being annoyed by all the different articles you have to deal with in German classes, a uni student who'd love someone to talk to or simply someone who would just like to learn the language of Goethe and Christoph Waltz, I will make sure that you can reach your goals and have fun whilst doing it! I hope I get to meet you soon!
