About Robert
Testing for your EMT can be scary, I would know! When I took my EMT class and it came time for both the cognitive and psychomotor examinations, I was nervous. But the help of several great instructors helped me to be confident in my skills and pass my exams. I want to be able to share what I learned then and since to help others pass their tests as well! With over six years of experience as an EMT-B and Firefighter and becoming a certified Instructor, it is my goal to help as many students be successful as possible.

As a tutor for EMT-Basic I like to use a range of methods to help the student succeed. I utilize a mix of NREMT practice exam and scenario based questions while talking through each one so that the student can fully understand what the correct answer is and reach their full potential. I am looking for initial EMT-Basic students looking to review prior to testing, review before a retest or those looking to re-cert their EMT.

Robert was an incredible tutor for EMT! Within a few lessons he was able to quell some of my nerves about taking my NREMT exam. His experience and first hand accounts of real life situations really gave a new look into things. His own admission of times he messed up and how to use that as a learning and teaching moment was fantastic!
