I have played Baseball/Softball for Karnataka for 10+ years, securing a podium finish in both the sport.
I have 18+ years of play time, 5+ years of coach time and 10+ years as a sports psychologist.
I am fully aware of the physical and mental aspects of sports and how to train an athlete for elite sports.
