I am a law student and have practiced various sports, including MMA with an experience of 5 years; I teach you how to take your body to the limit or with a daily routine to reach your flexibility goals that will undoubtedly support you for many activities, such as yoga, cheerleading, among others of which I have also been a part. Cheer up and reach all your goals, I accompany you on the road.

My teaching method is practical, since from my own experience I know that it is more effective, I also like that the environment is didactic and a mutual contribution, all suggestions will be heard and these classes are aimed at all types of audiences, whether have an injury, that you want to improve your flexibility to relieve pain or if your goal is to improve your flexibility to be more competent in any sport or other case in particular I help you according to your requests and needs.
