About Omri
I grew up in Sydney, Australia and studied at Berklee College of Music, where I focused on piano and music production.
These days I’m based in Los Angeles, working as a touring keys player as well as a singer-songwriter and producer. I’ve had the chance to collaborate with some amazing artists like Noah Kahan, The Kid Laroi, Aisha Dee, and Grace Enger, and to work alongside GRAMMY-nominated producers and musicians. Performing has taken me to some incredible stages, including Lollapalooza.
I teach students of all ages and experience levels, and I really value the back-and-forth that comes with teaching—I’ve found I learn just as much from my students as they do from me.
Outside of music, I’m the biggest sports fan you'll meet, love traveling, and have a soft spot for good comedy and film. There's not a note (I have perfect pitch) or a countries flag that I don't know!

If you’ve been wanting to learn piano (or get back into it) in a way that’s actually fun and not overly rigid, you’re in the right place.
My lessons are all about finding a balance between building solid technique and just enjoying making music. We’ll work on the fundamentals—things like chords, scales, and playing with confidence—but also spend time learning songs you like and really understanding what’s going on in the music.
I like to keep things flexible and tailored to you. Everyone learns differently, so whether you’re a complete beginner or already playing and want to improve, we’ll shape the lessons around your goals and what keeps you motivated.
I offer a free 30-minute intro lesson so we can meet, chat about what you’re looking for, and get a feel for how I teach—no pressure.
I teach all ages, and I try to create a space where you can feel comfortable, stay curious, and enjoy the process of learning music.
