About Kimberly
I am Kimberly Green, a working violist with orchestra and chamber music experience. My studio is patient, detailed, and built around your school orchestra chair placement goals. You will receive a short video of each new technique. I am organized, encouraging, and genuinely proud when your intonation locks in. Your confident section playing is my priority.

I watch your left elbow height and bow contact point during a two-octave scale first. A typical 55-minute session includes open-string bowing with a tuner, one-octave slow scales, shifting exercises between first and third position, etude work for string crossings, and a thirty-second recording of your best phrase. My specialty is cleaning up fuzzy low-string sounds and improving ensemble awareness. My students include 4th through 12th graders, youth orchestra members, and adult amateurs in community ensembles.
