About Yamkela

Hello! My name is Yamkela and I am a certified English Tutor who has 2-3 years of experience in teaching. I have a Bachelor's degree in Internal Auditing, majored in accounting and taxation. I have a TEFL certificate which allows me to teach English. I am very passionate about teaching because I love seeing people do better, I love seeing people developing. Sharing knowledge and helping others is very important to me. I want people to do better, including you reading this. My hobbies are reading, traveling, learning about new cultures, learning new languages and spending time with family. In South Africa we have 11 official languages and I know 7 of them. I want to help you learn more languages too such as English. It's really not hard trust me. I will help you. All you need is practice and a great lesson plan which I will give you on our first trial lesson. The lesson plan will detail what we will be doing in each and every class helping you track your progress easily. In my class I also make sure that we revise what you have already learned so you won't ever forget what you learned. You will be a professional! I help with conversational English so you can be fluent in speaking English. I also help with business English, interview preparation, homework preparation, reading, grammar, travel English. I am an experienced tutor so my goal and desire is to help you meet your goal. I am a very patient teacher who understands that it's okay to make mistakes so don't be afraid to make mistakes with me, relax and I will help you. My teaching style is relaxed, fun and informative. I believe that for students to grow and better their skills in English we need to develop an open and transparent relationship. This helps my students to be vocal about their concerns. With my level of experience I am able to teach young children, adults and professionals. I tailor my lessons based on what you are trying to achieve. With practice nothing is impossible. I also work as a life coach in my country so I am able to relate to a wide range of people. This makes it easier for me to understand my students, their goals and their concerns. My goal is to help you be a professional. Nothing is impossible!
