I am Jessica Thomas, a certified tennis coach with junior camp and high school clinic experience. My lessons are energetic, organized, and built around USTA skill benchmarks. I watch your ready position and first step during a short warm-up rally before offering corrections. A typical 60-minute lesson includes dynamic stretching, groundstroke crosscourt drills, volley ladder work, serve practice with target zones, competitive tiebreak games, and a two-focus index card for home. My specialty is improving reaction time and shot selection on the run. My students include 8‑ to 18‑year‑old juniors, middle school team players, high school JV and varsity hopefuls, and adult 2.5–3.5 recreational leaguers.
