About Atef

More than 20 years of academic and managerial experience in higher education and HRM. I have served as dean, associate professor HRM, academic coordinator, and HR director. Extensive experience in educational leadership, a proven track record in establishing and managing more than four undergraduate academic programs and three master’s programs, and a strong background in developing successful educational programs and student support services in higher education. Distinctive experience focusing on employee retention and satisfaction by implementing learning and development programs to enhance employees’ careers and engagements and increase retention rates by 25%. Skilled in conflict resolution, performance management, and creating positive work environments that promote continuous improvement and employee development.

About the lesson

 Assigned to teach BBA and MBA classes, specifically Human Resource Management subjects and Business Management courses. Courses Taught include organizational Behavior, HRM, Compensation and benefits, Organizational Performance Management, Negotiation and Conflict Management, Performance Management, and International HRM.
 Create and implement course agendas, lesson plans, and activities to successfully meet course objectives.
 Create unique, student-centered lesson plans and assignments for each class, using multimedia to promote maximum learning and knowledge retention. Teaching aids included PowerPoint and Video presentations.
 Consistently communicate with students to acknowledge and reward positive strides and discuss areas of improvement.
 Build relationships with students, mentoring on personal, professional, and academic goals while providing coaching on effective study habits.
 Evaluate student comprehension using exams, quizzes, and assignments and managed student performance using an automated reporting system, leveraging data to identify student learning needs and create action plans to overcome learning deficiencies.
  Mentor undergraduate and graduate students in practical next steps for education and career preparedness.
 Offer career assistance to students by conducting mock interviews, providing relevant job opportunities, and teaching networking skills and strategies.
