In the face of minor problems they loose their temper,get frustrated and start living under stress.yoga is not only gives them physically strength Rather it is proven effective in keeping them mentally healthy as well!

I teach Asana, pranayama and meditation.practice start with joint rotation.than cat cat pose variation and some sitting pose streching Asana. then 4 rounds of classical Surya namaskar and balancing and bending pose.Then prone position and supine pose Asana..then 5 mins of deep Relaxation technique.5 to 15 min for pranayama and meditation.
