About Jaheene
I am a dedicated track and field athlete with over nine years of experience competing in the sprints and 400m hurdles. My journey has taken me from winning a national junior championship to becoming the runner-up at the 2026 NAIA Outdoor Championships with a personal best of 50.46 in the 400m hurdles. Along the way, I have trained with elite athletes, including Jamaica's national record holder in the event, and learned from high-level coaches. I am passionate about helping athletes develop proper technique, confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic while reaching their full potential both on and off the track.

With nine years of experience as a sprinter and hurdler, including a 50.46 personal best in the 400m hurdles and a runner-up finish at the 2026 NAIA National Championships, I bring firsthand knowledge of elite-level training. Sessions focus on sprint mechanics, acceleration, hurdle rhythm, mobility, strength, and race strategy. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals or a competitive athlete aiming for a personal best, I will provide individualized coaching to help you reach your goals and perform at your highest level.
