About FEMANDA
My journey is quite unique. I spent seven years in Quebec studying orchestral composition, jazz performance, and computer music. After that, the Western stage world had somewhat drained me, so I decided to travel to Africa — to Mali — to meet artists such as Shek, Tidiane, Sek, Salif Keïta, and Fatoumata Diawara, and to experience the stage in a different way. This is the rich blend I bring to you: a cultural, theoretical, and international background shaped by diverse worlds.
