About Cameron
I am a songwriter, musician and music producer and mixing engineer. I have over 10 years experience in songwriting (playing the guitar/others and singing/lyricism), and I have 2/3 years experience in music production and mixing. I make my own music under the alias Mackie Smith.

The method is a ground-breaking teaching approach that focuses on the fundamental elements of learning the guitar. Drawing on the philosophies of Maria Montessori, it uses tactile objects and visuals to teach beginners how to play the guitar. My teaching style is informed by years of guitar study, years of studying how we learn, research into child education, physical re-education techniques yoga, and experimentation with meditation, mindfulness, African oral traditions etc. I have taught all ages, at all levels.
