About Lola

I am a passionate singing tutor with over 11 years of experience teaching students from schools, colleges, and professional workplaces. I focus on helping students develop technical skills, build musical understanding, and gain the confidence to perform comfortably. I believe that singing is more than technique—it is about creativity, expression, and emotional connection with music.

My teaching methodology is interactive, structured, and student-centred. I teach essential vocal techniques such as pitch accuracy, breath control, tone modulation, and vocal projection. I also cover music theory, rhythm, sight-reading, and performance skills including stage presence and expressive interpretation. Lessons combine structured exercises with real-life examples to make learning both effective and enjoyable.

I tailor lessons according to each student’s level and goals. Beginners are guided patiently to build confidence and foundational skills, while advanced learners are coached to refine technique, prepare for performances, and overcome challenges such as stage anxiety or vocal fatigue. I emphasise regular practice, progress tracking, and constructive feedback.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology for Singing focuses on helping students connect theory with real-life singing experiences. I use real-life examples and case studies from familiar songs, recordings, and daily voice use to make vocal techniques easy to understand. I teach with empathy, creating a comfortable and encouraging environment for students of all levels.

My flexible teaching style allows lessons and exercises to be tailored to each student’s abilities, progress, and personal goals. Clear communication is key, and I explain techniques step by step while giving helpful feedback.

Using a problem-solving approach, I help students identify and resolve issues such as breath control, pitch accuracy, and vocal strain. In addition to Singing, I also teach supporting subjects like music fundamentals, rhythm practice, ear training, vocal health, and performance preparation.
