About Alison Yun-Fei
Hello!
My name is Alison, I'm a composer/pianist/musician
Currently with the Toronto Symphony (TSO) as their resident composer
I am:
- Ph.D. in music from University of Chicago, with performance, theory, composition, and research backgrounds
- Registered and certified teacher with RCM, ORMTA (Ontario Registered Music Teachers Association), CFMTA (Canadian Federation of Music Teachers' Association)
- Familiar with the RCM curriculum
- With extensive experience working with students of all ages (5+) and all backgrounds
I am very patient and kind, and I believe music is for everyone.
