About Matt
I am a facilitator working in mental health. I organise two jamming groups and I run a lot of one on one sessions. Currently have a guy in recording an album, but sessions may vary and can include singing, rapping, playing instruments, writing songs, recording and performance techniques. I am a big believer in positive thinking and I try and inspire this in anybody. I have a sense of humour and try to have fun with it at the same time as the hands-on learning.

I have been playing the keyboard for over 30 years, and can teach notes, chords, sound selection and synthesisation etc. I can show basic drums and also know drum machines, keyboard drum recording, loop use and fill design.
I have been using computer sequencing programs for 17 years now, and am very familiar with adding tracks to record on, connecting and installing hardware and instruments, mic technique, using plug ins and converting files to email to friends and family! And all this with a bit of positive thinking thrown in!
