About Olivia

Hi! I’m Olivia (She/Her), a pianist, music producer, and Army veteran. I teach kids, teens, and adults at my home studio or in your home. My lessons blend modern and classical pieces, music theory, pop styles, and modern keyboard technology to help students grow their skills and creativity in a fun, affirming environment. I’ll meet you where you are and help you make music you love to play!

My Approach:
My teaching blends music theory, pop and contemporary styles, and keyboard technology to help students connect with it. Lessons are built around:

Personal goals and interests

Fun, achievable weekly progress

Creative expression (yes, we can write our own songs!)

A supportive, inclusive space for everyone, including LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent students

Curriculum:
Reading music and rhythm

Music theory made simple

Technique and healthy playing habits

Playing by ear and improvisation

Chords, lead sheets, and pop arrangements

Intro to composing or producing (if you're into that!)
