About Alexander
I’m Alex, a 19-year-old music student who’s currently studying as an undergraduate at the University of Manchester. I am a classical pianist (as well as some jazz here and there, both as solo piano and in my school's Big Band) and have passed my grade 8 piano performance exam with a merit and my grade 5 theory with a distinction.
Right now I am taking classical piano lessons with Artur Pereira, an esteemed tutor at Manchester and I'm preparing to enter the Musica Brittania piano competition whilst also expanding my Romantic repertoire.

I am looking to get experience teaching young people and offering cheap prices for beginners. I can teach performance or I can teach music theory to support your child through GCSE music or up to their grade 5 music theory exam.
For theory lessons I would suggest that online is fine and will happily teach anyone. For piano lessons I unfortunately cannot offer these in my own home as I currently live in student accommodation but am happy to teach in the students own home. Online lessons can be as short as half an hour up to as long as 2. For piano lessons I would suggest 1 hour lessons.
