About Emily

I am a 20 year old student and while I was at school I became very stressed with work during a levels and developed a fear of exam rooms. With help from teachers I was able to overcome this and I would love to help others in the same situation I was in.

My approach to stress management is to find out the specific cause of the stress and talk through different ways it can be handled and overcome. I also go through breathing techniques which can be used within a stressful situation such as exams.
