About Katie
I am a 3rd year university student studying a Ba (Hons) in Music. I have experience tutoring ages 7-16 in guitar, vocals and songwriting, and I have worked at summer camps with children teaching this on a group and solo basis.

My approach is fun and relaxed. I have found instrumental lessons to often feel very structured, preventing me from achieving my best. When given music to learn that you enjoy it progresses your interest and abilities, and I also want to offer my students an opportunity to put their personal touch on their music, through offering help with their song writing too if they would be interested in this.
