About Oliver

I am a certified teacher, as well as a certified Pro Tools user, so you are in good hands to learn how to record, edit, mix and master a song.

Having worked with artists from 5 different continents, working from my first tiny home studio all the way up to fully fitted recording studios, I have garnered the experience to work with all types of music material.

I have also taught music production online and in person, and led recording workshops, developing my technique to teach practical skills that musicians and engineers will encounter in real life.

About the lesson

With a clear syllabus and roadmap, I will teach you how sound works in the physical and digital realm, and how an engineer can shape it for music!

My lessons are tailored to your necessities - be it recording in your home studio, mixing tracks for clients or improving editing workflows.

My lessons are 20/80 theory/practice, where we look into concept, and then apply it in a real situation. What makes a great producer is not the tools, but the technique, and we won't always work in the ideal environment, so I will help you navigate bad recordings, edits, and performance to get the best result you can imagine!

In between lessons, I will provide you with material to further study the topic we are focusing on, be it videos, articles, tracks, exercises and even whole projects.
