Music Production, Composition for Media, and Ableton Live/Logic Pro X lessons—learn how to make and finish your own music! Guildhall School of Music and Drama graduate (Distinction).

Lian is the best teacher!

I was a coursemate during my master's at Guildhall School. I studied Western classical composition during my undergraduate, so all electronic music-related stuff was completely new to me when I first started my master's. Whenever I struggled with understanding classes, she became my 1:1 tutor!

Since she has professional experience as a singer-songwriter and film/theatre composer, she has extensive knowledge in music technology, such as recording, synthesizers, and sound design.

On top of that, she is incredibly good at picking up what you especially need and what your level is around. So, you will be able to understand really easily and tailor what you learned very quickly.

I highly recommend Lian for your music technology journey! If you saw this, you found the best teacher :)

I have worked with Lian several times on a professional level, she is hard working, reliable and highly creative. Her talent for Music Production is without doubt and I would recommend her to anyone to learn the ins and outs!

Lian created the wonderful soundtrack to my graduate film in 2024. She did an incredible job of brining my vision to life, and the music she provided brought the whole project up a level. I’ve had multiple people comment on the wonderful instrumentals after watching the film.
Working with Lian was a really easy and enjoyable process, she’s super friendly, and was able to turn my lack of musical knowledge into a really beautiful piece of work.I would wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone.

Lian is an incredible producer and all around musician! I worked with her to compose a score for my short film, and she did a wonderful job managing the team and creating great songs. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

I can’t recommend Lian highly enough as a music technology and music production teacher. She has an MA in Electronic and Produced Music from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also a fantastic communicator who makes learning feel clear and enjoyable. She’s a talented producer in her own right and brings a friendly, supportive, and genuinely encouraging presence to everything she teaches.
