Nick is quick, amiable, knowledgeable, and works hard at his craft. He is well versed in bluegrass, jazz, and classical genres, and has a great understanding of music theory and the guitar fingerboard.
I teach a guitar ensemble that Nick was a part of, and he would work with the other students in making sure their notes and timing were spot on, providing feedback, a metronome, and guidance in their group meetings outside of class. He's a natural leader and helps people excel and grow.

Nicky has worked as a TA for me over the last year at BYU, helping me instruct my beginning and intermediate guitar classes.
