3. Posture for Singing
Standing and sitting positions
Relaxation vs. tension in the body
Proper alignment for clear sound
4. Warm-Up Exercises
Humming, lip trills, tongue rolls

Simple scales for vocal flexibility
5. Pitch Matching & Ear Training
Learning to sing on key
