My name is Matthew Baldino and I'm a multi-Instrumentalist with a specialty in percussion. I have 7+ years of music experience in both performance and theory. I also have 2 years in Marching band and 2+ years in songwriting and arrangement.

To start of I'd like to say that my lessons are more directed towards beginners and intermediate musicians who like to further improve their skills.
My approach to teaching musicians is to find their individual personalities, strengths and weaknesses.
My steps to create a lesson plan is to first see where the individual has their strengths and what they're knowledgeable of, then I'll ask questions to see what areas they want to improve in and then I'll give my opinion of what needs to be improved
