About Cam
Hi there! I'm Cam, and over the last decade I've come from;
- acing my HSC as Dux (97 in Visual Art and 99 in Multimedia)
- graduating with a Bachelor’s in Production (Dean’s Award recipient)
- all the way to becoming a full-time freelance creative who makes a living working with pro YouTubers and international brands.
I have to admit, a lot of what I have learnt did not come from film school, but from my experience under my mentor figures in the industry. I also understand these people can be hard to find, so I’m here offering my tutoring services as I’d love to do the same for others.
I'm extremely passionate about all forms of art, no matter the genre or medium. Aside from my core freelance work as a Director, Producer and Video Editor, I’ve also worked professionally as a;

My teaching style is conversational, tailored to suit your specific interests. I focus my tutorship through 50% guided practical assessments, with the remaining 50% set aside for core fundamentals like video analysis, industry terminology and career guidance.
You can't fail these assessments! I'm here to employ kind, yet critical feedback that will help you identify your strengths and areas of improvement.
I encourage curiosity, technical understanding and artistic expression in all my lessons, while aiming to equip students with a strengthened understanding of their creative and technical practice.
