About Harold

I recently graduated from SPM and I will no longer be able to compete in MSSM. So, I would like to teach students on how to compete at a high level. My passion in chess will never die and I play and watch chess games on my free time.

About the lesson

I will teach anything from Openings to Endgames depending on the level of the student. I will give the student a piece of advice every lesson and from my experience as a competitive chess player. Students can also play online against other people and I will spectate and give them advices on how they could've played better each game.

I can teach any levels from beginner to 1800 rating to perform at their maximum potential and beyond. I am able to identify student's area of weaknesses and work on them every lesson.

Perfect! Harold had the first class with my 8+ year old nephew. He was very patient & attentive. Gave tips to improve, after assessing the strength of my beginner nephew. Highly recommended!

Hello Reeyneish, I think you should definitely play more chess games online to get more experience. Learn to punish your opponent's mistakes and choosing the right strategic plans. In my opinion, once you play more games you will be able to understand alot more about chess. Thank you and I hope my lesson was helpful
