About Marc
I’ve spent over 30 years leading teams across businesses of all sizes, learning, failing, growing, and adapting along the way. I now teach leadership, personal development, and role transition because I know how tough it can be when you’re trying to find your place, especially when stepping into something new or bigger than before. My work is grounded in real-world experience, not just theory. I don’t have all the answers, but I can find them, and I’ve lived through a lot of the questions. Whether it’s helping someone lead with integrity, navigate self-doubt, or shift from doing to leading, I teach because I care about helping people become the version of themselves they want to be, without pretending they need to be perfect to get there. I’m still learning, still growing, and proud to walk alongside others as they do the same.

My approach to teaching is based around psychological safety. We learn better when not under pressure and feel safe to ask questions. This way of teaching has earned me the rating of 4.9 out of 5 (over 2000 student responses) at the University I work for. We will work out where you are now, where you want to get to and draw up a training plan of how to get there. The learning is based around your individual needs as we are all different.
