About Sara
MSc Health Psychology (distinction) and BA Hons Philosophy and Psychology (1st class) graduate based in Scotland.
I am a University specialist mental health and study skills mentor and proofreader (over two years).
I specialise in working with neurodivergent individuals, including autism, ADHD, AuDHD and dyslexia.
Having lived experience of autism and having worked with neurodivergent individuals academically, clinically and professionally, I am passionate about promoting a safe space through a person-centred approach.

My lessons are for University and college students from any speciality.
Lessons last one hour.
