About Irene
As an MSc Clinical Psychology student, I’m deeply passionate about understanding the human mind and promoting awareness about mental health. My journey in psychology has taught me the value of empathy, active listening, and open-mindedness. I wish to share my knowledge to help others see psychology as a science of growth and healing, not just illness. By teaching, I hope to clear the stigma and stereotypes that still surround this field and inspire others to appreciate the importance of mental well-being in everyday life.
