About Varsha
I am a very positively infused human that thrives on sharing the goodness of everything around.
Life is filled with movement and that is the natural state of everything and everyone!
It has always been and will be my intention to spread the joy of movement and share the droplets of wisdom I have gathered from all my teachers and mentors to those who seek it around me.
I have been dancing from the age of 6 and don't see myself stopping, ever.
I have been in constant movement around the globe to gain exposure and experience and I have now landed in Tralee (Ireland), hoping to make a difference and bring more light and movement to the people here!

From my training and education in various movement forms, I have created a practice that works on unlocking the movement potential in each individual, hopefully breaking any barriers of inhibition and discomfort over connecting to their bodies.
I use empathy and compassion as tools in my class and create a safe space to be able to access oneself with confidence.
I do customise and create movement sessions/ programmes based on the clients / institutions needs, but my method follows a very holistic approach of connecting to the breath (breathing work), mind (clearing & emptying) & body (movement). The biggest influence of movement forms in my classes are taken from Yoga, Indian martial arts, Animal flow& Contemporary/Modern dance; I call it Cat Flow (Connect, Awaken & Transform).
I can teach any age group from 7 years and onwards.
Typically my classes are designed for 1 hour but workshops and seminars can be 1-2 hours.
I have 7 years experience in teaching dance & movement in Dubai, Singapore, India and now hopefully Ireland!
