My teaching method is about demonstration, participation and combination of body, mind and soul connection, I base my class on simple steps, easy to follow mixed with techniques & flexibility.
We will dance for 3 reasons:
1- Have Fun ( being happy was proven to improve the quality of life)
2- To enjoy music, To entertain and be entertained
3- Get the necessary pleasure to be motivated to achieve different goals
4- working on the mental & psychological status of the student
(by moving the body you will be able to shake away all the negative energy and recharge)
5- Disconnecting and going back to the inside to the root
6- it's all about self-love
