About Frankild
Teaching guitar for over 8 years has been a truly rewarding experience, especially working with students from schools and colleges as they embark on their musical journeys. I believe every student is unique, with different learning styles, goals, and musical tastes, and I tailor each lesson to meet those individual needs. My teaching blends solid technical fundamentals—such as finger placement, chord transitions, rhythm, and timing—with an emphasis on creativity and personal expression. I integrate music theory in a way that’s practical and accessible, using songs and exercises that excite students and keep them motivated. One of my proudest moments was helping a group of students come together to form a band, guiding them from basic practice to confident performances at local festivals and events. Watching their confidence grow as they collaborated, improvised, and performed was inspiring. Beyond just teaching guitar technique, I focus on helping students develop discipline, focus, patience, and confidence—skills that extend beyond music and into everyday life. I strive to create a positive, encouraging, and fun learning environment where students feel empowered to take risks, make mistakes, and grow. Whether you want to play casually or pursue advanced musicianship, I’m here to support your unique musical journey every step of the way.

The way I teach Guitar is centered around you and your musical story. I believe that every person brings something unique to their playing, and it’s my job to help you find and nurture that voice. We start by exploring the music you love and want to play—that way, every lesson feels meaningful and fun, not like just another practice session.
I teach skills through songs and real musical situations, so you can hear and feel your progress immediately. Motivation is the lifeblood of learning, so I focus on building your confidence step-by-step and celebrating every small victory. If you ever feel stuck or frustrated, I use problem-solving techniques that help you understand the root of the challenge instead of just pushing through blindly. This builds deep understanding and lasting skills. Feedback is honest but always kind and constructive; you’ll know what to improve without feeling overwhelmed or judged.
I also tailor my teaching to your style—whether you’re a visual learner, an intuitive player, or someone who loves to dig into theory. Alongside Guitar technique, I provide lessons in songwriting, improvisation, and performance skills, helping you become a well-rounded musician. My goal is to create a supportive, motivating environment where you can grow naturally, enjoy the process, and connect with music in a way that’s truly yours.
