About Iris
My name is Iris, a dedicated Molecular Biology MS graduate (May 2025) with a strong passion for scientific discovery. With over three years of hands-on lab experience in preclinical research, I excel in advanced techniques like PCR/qPCR, Western blotting, IHC, flow cytometry, ELISA, cell culture, and bioinformatics. My research includes bacteriophage isolation, gene expression studies in zebrafish models (ICER gene related to cancer and fertility), and protein analysis for cancer-associated markers. Professionally, I've supported ALS disease model studies and lab operations. I am eager to tutor and share my expertise.
