About Jeronimo
I discovered meditation many years ago by participating in Kundalini Yoga groups, however yoga was not exactly my path but led me to a Buddhist temple where I could meditate with Chinese monks . They taught me Vipassana meditation. Since then, I have been meditating every day and that has really changed my life. Of Paraguayan origin, I was fortunate to also be able to work with shamans from the Amazon (Peru and Brazil), who helped me reconnect more deeply with nature and with myself. I realized the importance of having a healthy lifestyle, and getting rid of a lot of bad habits. That's why I'd like to share this knowledge with others. The sessions can be held in FRENCH, ENGLISH or SPANISH.

There is no fixed technique, but a flexible and personalized accompaniment, at the pace of each. Each session consists of relaxation exercises, breathing, self-reflection, and of course meditation. The goal is to become conscious of our energy through our body and to reveal what is hidden in our subconscious through different methods of observation, internal and external; reflection and release accompanied by appropriate music for each exercise.
