I am an Education, training and development Practitioner, specializing in assisting learners to manage their learning environment. My passion is mindfulness coaching, personal development and creating platforms for personal process therapy. I love nature and enjoy outdoor classrooms in nature and promote self-directed learning.

I am Kathy, a ETD Practitioner and Mindfulness coach. I take an alternative and progressive approach to learning, using self-directed learning methodology as the bases of all my teaching, by creating multiple platforms for change. I find it important to address every learner as an individual with specific needs, so there is no ''one method fits all''... I will assess my client to determine their preferred learning styles to ensure the transfer of learning. I then guide, lead, direct and monitor their process and progress.
