About Marshall
I have worked as a technical writer, database administrator, SharePoint superuser, and office trainer for the last 19 years. The companies I have worked for were in the energy industry, first Oil & Gas and now Renewable Energy.
Prior to that I graduated from the U.S. Navy's Nuclear Program, which is the most difficult technical training program in the military. It requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to absorb vast amounts of knowledge in a short period of time.

I have worked with Microsoft Word for 19 years in an office setting, as well as in classroom settings both as a student and a teacher.
My teaching style is efficient and no nonsense. I focus on getting you to your goal, whether it be to pass a test, write a paper, complete a course, or any other use of MS Word.
My lessons are task-focused, and I can teach anyone from a brand new user to someone who is familiar with the software but needs specific help.
