During more than ten years I have been a dean, and teaching law as a doctor for more then twenty years. I offer now a particular course of using the methodology of memory and support in higher education. This course is based on my experiences from mentoring numerous students Bac + 1 to Master 2 and beyond, in matters relating to the law, management, finance (accounting .. .), human resources or communication. The course provides methods of work and organization to carry out higher education. The methodology covers the work, subjects and essential exercises inherent to Higher Education: - prepare and submit a statement: identify the problem, make a plan, use sources, write the brief, supporting the oral (annual memory, fine cycle, or research) - write essays, preparing and supporting presentations, presentations - organizing stages personal work (calendar ...) or in groups - to establish progressive learning techniques to acquire of controlled and sustainable knowledge - to strengthen the control of knowledge through practical exercises including (reading and understanding documents, graphs, data, TD sheets ...) - take effective notes, improve their writing skills or Speaking The goal is ultimately to enable students to achieve better control of knowledge and its applications, and thus be better able to succeed in their events, competitions and examinations.
