About Francisco

Sr. DevOps Engineer with 8+ years in the industry, certified CKA and CKAD (Kubernetes). I currently work at a biotech company headquartered in the US, hands-on across the modern stack: Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP, Python, and applied AI in production pipelines (Claude Code, agents, end-to-end automation).

I've been teaching 1:1 for several years, tailoring the methodology to each student's actual professional goals — no generic lessons. I've worked with professionals transitioning from legacy stacks (COBOL, classic SQL, manual QA, old .NET) into modern ecosystems with Python and applied AI, as well as with tech enthusiasts building their own projects with LLMs and automation.

About the lesson

I work 1:1 in two formats depending on your goal:

PATH A — Applied mentorship (if you have a concrete work problem)

If you've been assigned a new responsibility that demands a stack you don't yet master (test automation, Python automation, applied AI in your role, migrating from legacy to modern), we build a focused 5-to-12 session program so within a few weeks you're applying what you learn directly at work. Every session combines applied theory and real code, with exercises between classes that drill exactly what you'll use. I recommend the 5-session pack for sustained results.

Typical cases: manual QA learning Selenium + pytest + Python; data analyst moving into automated pipelines; classic .NET dev jumping to Python + LLM integration; engineer with no DevOps background suddenly leading their team's infra.

PATH B — Hands-on technical accompaniment (if you're building)

If you're moving forward with a project of your own or your company's involving AI, automation, or Python backend, and want to go faster with a senior engineer alongside, we work in co-pair format: sessions combine live technical problem-solving plus concrete tasks I deliver between sessions. Output: working code + knowledge transfer, not just theory.

Typical cases: integrating the Claude API into an app, automations with LLMs and agents, Python scripts touching Cloud (AWS, GCP), infrastructure setup for AI apps, debugging existing pipelines, initial backend architecture for an MVP.

HOW WE START

Short 30-45 minute call to align on your goal, context, and format (no commitment to continue). Then we build a plan that fits and start. Most of my students end up getting promoted, jumping to more senior roles, or shipping projects that previously felt out of reach.
