About Carmen
I have my master's in social work with a bachelor's in psychology. In addition to clinical practice, I also worked as a school social worker for many years with individuals with disabilities. I have experience teaching in group settings as well as individuals, and enjoy the opportunity to help make learning accessible and enjoyable for people.

With years of clinical practice and experience teaching various grounding techniques and methods as well as coaching grounding and social skills, I approach my teaching in an experiential based modality.
