About Karya
I major in Japanese and Political Science & International Relations at the University of Melbourne and aspire to work in Japan in diplomacy and government in the future. I have a great passion for the Japanese language and culture and love to share my learning experiences with others that makes the process much smoother for them.
Learning a language can be challenging, I speak 4 and know that sometimes a small push from others goes a long way. So, don't hesitate to reach out and I'll help you as best as I can!

I offer a flexible teaching style that matches your needs and pace by using multiple traditional and digital resources that I will provide for you.
A typical lesson runs for 60 minutes where we work together to achieve your language goals.
I am most confident in introducing beginners to the Japanese language but I also offer beginner to intermediate level lessons focusing on areas in need of improvement especially would be helpful to VCE/ high school students studying Japanese
