About Pragya

I'm Pragya, a Master of Management (Human Resources) graduate from the University of Melbourne, currently based here in the city. My background spans HR and business, from coordinating onboarding for 300+ employees, to drafting offer letters, to sourcing and screening candidates during my internships. I've also led community events and managed budgets as Vice-President of a 68+ member student association, so I understand both the "textbook" side of management and HR, and what it actually looks like in practice.

I genuinely enjoy the moment when a concept "clicks" for someone, when Organizational Behavior theory stops being abstract and starts making sense in terms of a real workplace, or when an assignment structure suddenly feels manageable instead of overwhelming. Having gone through my own postgraduate studies as an international student, I know what it's like to juggle coursework, applications, and everyday life, and I want to be the kind of tutor who makes that load a little lighter, explaining things clearly, without judgment, and at a pace that actually works for you.

About the lesson

My lessons are built around helping you actually understand the material, not just get through it. Whether you're tackling Business Management, HR Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or preparing for a Business School application, I focus on breaking down concepts into clear, practical terms so they genuinely make sense to you.

I'm also happy to work directly on assignments with you, helping you structure arguments, apply theory correctly, and refine your writing so it reflects your own understanding, not just mine.

I know many students juggle work, family, or other commitments alongside study, so I keep scheduling flexible and build a study plan that fits around your life rather than the other way around. Sessions can be one-off (for a specific assignment or concept you're stuck on) or ongoing (for ongoing support through a course or your Business School application process).

My approach draws on my own Master of Management (HR) from the University of Melbourne, along with hands-on HR and business experience, so lessons stay grounded in how these concepts actually apply in the real world, not just textbook theory.
