Hi, I'm Mehrissa, a 'Business Management & Finance' student who goes to Keele University. I'm an understanding and accommodating A-Level Business Studies tutor who is incredibly flexible.

About Mehrissa
I understand the difficulties in exams and studying as I have been battling my chronic illness alongside doing my GCSE`s and A-Levels. I am very familiar with homeschooling as I have had to do teach myself my A-Levels during my A2 year. I have achieved B grades at GCSE and a B in the 2020 teacher graded A-Levels. I have also been organising study sessions with my peers and have been `tutoring` them in Business/Economics. I helped one girl go from a D to a B. Through these experiences and with my understanding nature, I will be able to offer them great support and advice with their subjects. I've tutored students over the summer and have helped them understand how to produce a top grade answer to an exam question as well as going over a years worth of content in a month and a half.
Although my grades are not A/A*, I have a great understanding of my subjects and will be able to offer advice for personal statements and university applications as I got two unconditional offers (from the University of Keele and the University of Lincoln) and an offer from the University of Manchester. During high school, I was always chosen to be a representative of different subjects, biology, history etc.
I went to Moor End Academy for high school and Greenhead College for my sixth form/college. I am now going to the University of Keele to do a BA in Business Management & Finance, after achieving an unconditional offer. I have passed my first year of university and have achieved firsts/distinctions in my exams/essays.
I will do online lessons as I will be going to university, but I can easily adjust my availability.

Hello, I am Mehrissa. I'm a second year `Business Management & Finance` university student at Keele University. I think I would be able to help you as I have a lot of online tutoring experience as well as helping my friend go from a D to a B in her Business A-Level. I have many resources, that I think would be useful. I can help you with both content and exam prep. I specialise in students who easily get nervous/frazzled in exams. I'm very flexible and can offer at least four hours per week (two hour sessions are possible) as well as out of session services such as homework help, marking exam questions, exam advice etc.
I can teach both GCSE and A-Level Business Studies.
