About Michelle
I am a meditation, mindfulness and yoga teacher - with a daily spiritual practice for the past 15 years. I've been teaching private and group courses in meditation, yoga, Ayurveda and Self Love for the past 4 years. I love to help people find inner freedom from negative mind chatter and negative self image through meditation.

My meditation teaching methodology is based on Vipassana or Insight meditation - from the Buddhist tradition. I help you to understand the nature of mind, how mind and body interact, how negative and un-beneficial thought patterns and created, and how to free yourself from them. This is a theory and practice method. In each session we will do some theory and some practice.
