About Roshan
4 years ago I began to go through physical and mental suffering. I was forced by situation to practice meditation and yoga. On this journey, I healed my stomach issues and other physical issues. I realize the root causes of these mental and physical issues. And finally now I have been living in better condition for the past few months. I also went through financial crisis, relationship issues, work issues, family issues, and others. These situations helped me to level up my skills to be able to manage them better.
