About Rosie
Meditation has been a part of my routine for some time now and was brought into my life due to mental health struggles. From crippling anxiety to panic attacks, meditation is a practice that has really given me the tools to support my headspace while understanding myself on a deeper level.
Although I have been meditating for some time, I have chosen to deepen my knowledge by studying a meditation teacher training course where I shall receive a qualification on completion.
I have such a deep passion for the well-being of people and it's very important to me that I use that passion to support as many people as I can by introducing meditation into their lives.
I have given many sessions throughout the pandemic and have received some lovely feedback. Here are a few example reviews below!

Hello and thank you for taking a look at my ad! Let me explain a little about myself, what I offer and why.
My meditation sessions are aimed at those who want to:
- Strengthen self-love within
- Calm anxiety and a hectic mind
- Simply have a moment of deep relaxation to recharge
During my sessions, I like to use breathing exercises, guided visualizations, and affirmation work. I also like to tailor these methods to the individual according to what they need.
I believe that practicing meditation and mindfulness is one of the most valuable things we can bring into our lives as people. We can get so caught up in everything that's going on externally that we more often than not forget to nurture our inner world.
I am open to supporting everyone, no matter what your experience with meditation.
There is no right or wrong time to start meditating and everyone is capable of receiving its benefits. It just takes patience and consistency.
At the moment due to current circumstances, I will only be teaching on zoom. When things eventually clear up, I would be more than happy to teach on the beach in the sunshine :)
Disclaimer: Although I am currently studying to deepen my knowledge, the majority of my experience has simply come from my own life, which I believe is the biggest teacher of all.
